Introduction to the Institute

Mahad Zaid Bin Sabit is an organized and reliable religious educational institution in Darbhanga, established solely for religious purposes on a regular fee system, and it bears all its expenses independently. This institute is known for building a strong foundation for the religious education and upbringing of children.

Education at Mahad Zaid Bin Sabit begins with the Deeniyat section, where students are taught the basics of reading the Quran with proper pronunciation (Makharij) and Tajweed using the Noorani Qaida. After this, Nazira (reading the Quran by looking) is completed so students become accustomed to fluent and accurate recitation.

Following Nazira, students are enrolled in the Hifz (memorization) section, where the Holy Quran is memorized under a systematic structure and strict supervision. Along with Hifz, continuous instruction is provided in Deeniyat, Islamic beliefs, essential rulings (Masail), moral training, and Islamic teachings relevant to practical life.

A prominent and distinguishing feature of this institute is that students are prepared to recite the entire Holy Quran in a single sitting. When a student successfully recites the complete Quran in one sitting, only then are they officially considered a graduate. On this joyous occasion, they are adorned with the "Dastar-e-Fazilat" (Turban of Honor) and awarded a certificate of graduation. This tradition instills confidence, steadfastness, and a deep connection with the Quran in the students.

Mahad Zaid Bin Sabit is a strong center for religious education in Darbhanga, where special attention is given to the intellectual, moral, and practical training of students alongside Quranic education, so they can become righteous, characterful, and true servants of the Quran for society.
